These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Stockt platform and website at stockt.co.uk. By accessing or using Stockt, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the platform

Stockt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicence or otherwise transfer your rights under these terms.

Subscriptions and payment

Stockt is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Limitation of liability

Stockt is provided in good faith but without warranty. Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
